Hi
I have XP Pro SP2/Celeron
I created two accounts Sadat (member of Administrators group) and Sadat_2
(member of Users group) and allocated disk quotas for them.
I wanted the Sadat_2 account to run only Internet Explorer. So I logged into
Sadat account opened gpedit.msc > User Configuration > Administrative
templates >
System and enabled "Restrict access to command prompt" and "restrict access
to allowed WIndows applications".
I restarted and now I unable to open any program even in Sadat account.
So I logged in from builtin administrator account and opened gpedit.msc. The
RSOP console shows above two effective settings for Sadat account.
Is that not a member of Administrator group? How do I restore policy
settings?
Please help. I am panicking now. I don't want to format and reinstall.
Regards,
Sadat
