HELP PLEASE WITH WIN2K AND IE6

I am getting the message attached below after booting the PC. Also, 'h' and
Backspace keys are not working. Is this related to the error message?

Can anyone help with this please?

There is no message attached to this. Just put it in the text, don't try
attachments.
 
Jone ...It seems that I have resolved the problem now....I do not get the
message anymore (Cannot import the file sys.reg)....but still some keys of
the keyboard are not working.

I would appreciate any help...
