I'm having some problems with MSN. In my program file in the MSN folder when
I go to open the folder it doesn't show me any of the contents. When I
highlight the folder and click on properties, it shows 6 folders and 87 files
in the folder. I've tried to delete this folder because I don't know where
it came from and when I try to delete it I get the message that I can't
delete the folder because copymar.exe is protected or something to that fact.
When I do a search on the computer for the copymar.exe folder it can't be
found. I'd like to know if anyone out there has ever had a problem like this
and how they fixed it.

It looks most like your computer is set not to display hidden and system
files. In case you are ABSOLUTELY sure what this file is doing and want to
see/delete it, then go to Control Panel > Folder Options > View > Check the
radio button "Show hidden files".

Your issue with the search not returning any hits is most probably due to
the "Advanced settings". To include system and hidden files in your search,
click on "Search Options", check Advanced Options, and then check the
options "Search system folders" and "Search hidden files and folders". Also
make sure, that "Search subfolders" is checked.

FYI: before making any changes to system files, make sure that you fully
understand what they are doing.

Sandor, I did what you suggested a while back and no matter what I try I can
not get the folder to show its contents. I did all of the options on the
search also and once again it says this file doesn't excist. I know it
excist because it won't let me delete it. But never-the-less I still do not
know where this folder came from. Around the time of this folder making its
appearance is when I started to have problems with MSN freezing up on me.
I'm still open for any suggestions as to what to do with this folder and its
invisible contents. Has anyone out there ever heard of COPYMAR.EXE.
