Help, please: Error message

Hi. Whenever I boot up the computer, an error message
comes on the screen. It says, "Error loading:
C:\WINDOWS\System32\bridge.dll The specified module
could not be found." What does this mean? Is it an
operating system problem? A software problem? How can I
fix it? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
much.

Bridge appears to be Adware.WinFavorites or TROJ_WINFAVS.A
