What is this? How can I fix it?

You can also do this:

Start>Run>
From there, type in "msconfig" (without the quotes)
Now, click on the tab at the top entitled "Startup"
Look for in the "Startup item" column for "bridge", or
under the "command column," look
for "rundll32.exe 'C:\Windows\System32\bridge.dll',Load"
That is what it is in Windows XP Home Edition, at least.
I don't know what OS you are running.
