Hi Paul,
It looks like some adware/spyware files were removed/deleted, but the
registry still retains the references to run those files. D/load HiJack This
from here:
http://tomcoyote.com/hjt/#Top
Create a new folder on your Desktop and call it HJT. Now, unzip the
hijackthis.exe file from the zipped archive that you d/loaded into the HJT
folder. Ensure that all browser windows are closed, and then run
hijackthis.exe, opting to Scan. When the Scan is complete, scroll thru the
Scan results field, looking for an entry that will look something like the
following:
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [RunDLL] rundll32.exe
"C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\BRIDGE.DLL",Load
Click to place a checkmark in the checkbox beside the above entry, then
click on Fix. Restart your computer.
It may be a good idea to post a HiJack This log at a forum where it can be
analyzed for further malware. After doing the above, run another Scan and
opt to Save Log. You could then copy and paste the contents of the Log in a
New Thread at Cybertechhelp's Cyber Safety forum:

You'll need to register (registration is free) at the Cybertechhelp site in
order to post there.
