RUNDLL Error message on start-up

I am getting the following error when I start-up my
computer.

"Error loading C:\Windows\downloaded downloaded program
files\bridge.dll

The specified module could not be found"

I have no idea what this "bridge is" and I am not sure
how to solve the error message.
