Help: Outlook menus dissapear.

Help!

I'm running MS Outlook 2003, part of Office 2003 pro, and every once and a
while, my Menus disappear - the application is running fine, but there is no
menu bar. Doesn't seem to be any rime or reason why. Can anyone offer any
suggestions on how to resolve. Thanks.
