HELP: Outlook 2003 and the NEW Hotmail DL Today

I downloaded the New Premium MSN services (Incl.Hotmail)
as advertised. Now my Outlook when opened DOES NOT
receive any of the Hotmail Folders or Email messages like
before. I use Time Warner Broadband Cable "RoadRunner"
as my ISP and it is the default email in Outlook with
Hotmail as an added email account. It worked fine (by
synchronizing with the Send/Receive button) up until I
upgraded to the New "improved" MSN Premium services.
ANY ADVICE is WELCOME/Suggested ASAP!
