Help or just guess!

I can view all messages in HTML except from one customer. When I receive the
mail I can only see part of it. I got the customer to email it to another
address and it can be viewed. I they forward it to me I can only view part
of it. All settings are the same on both machine. What could be the problem?
 
What does it look like when you configure your mailbox on another computer
and/or another mailbox on your computer?
