help on keyboards

After installing windows up my keyboard has generated problems. When you
write my e-mail address press shift and @ I come up with 2, So I have to
press shift 2 to get @. Comprehend so far ,I have reinstalled windows a
couple of times with no resolution. Can any one help.

Check other characters also. Sometimes particular key gets someproblem
