Help on Help System!

Hi,
Suddenly, when I press F1 the help window complains on error, something like
(my Vista is in portuguese):

Internet Explorer could not download (or open) / help
Internet Explorer could not open this internet site....

The help is full blank. How could I fix this?

Help and Support in Windows Vista -

Solved!

The problem seems to be happened when I installed the Macromedia Dreamweaver.
