i set as adminitrator the other user, the one that is set up as for
..net passport or so i am not sure what i was but then i set my self as a
limited. when click ok ,i coudn't get back to find the computer administrator
in the user account.

Go into Safe mode, log in as Administrator & reset the user from there.

I tried with safe mode and it doesn't appear the part of the reset users
options. Though I'm still remaining as no administrator.
I have the original windows CD ROM
Microsoft Windows XP Professional
version 2002 Service Pack 2
Should I have to reinstall the system again?

When you installed XP Pro it was required that you use an administrator password.

When the welcome screen comes up Press Control-Alt-Delete twice. Then
type in administrator then the password. Make your changes and then reboot.
