help needed

ok i have a problem with my pc it keeps having a flashing blue box with a
timer in it and saying Auto Adustment i cannot get rid of it and i dont have
a clue how.
I have had this problem since last night and when i turn pc on when windows
is loading the screen moves up and down.
I would be gratefull for any help on this matter.

Jimmy, trying tapping F8 repeatedly on Startup. If you get a Menu select
Safe Mode. Could it be a Video Card Utility?
What kind of Peripherals do you have. Digital Camera, etc?
