An Inspiron is made by Dell.....Dell supplies manuals with their
Machines....the Manuals describe is explicit detail how to perform this
mindless task.................RTFM

Dell have either supplied you with recovery disks or there is a recovery
partition on your hard drive. To reset to factory conditions you will need
to re-install the operating system from the recovery disk(s) or partition. I
would take a good look at the manual that came with your pc. There should be
instruction in there how to reset your machine back to factory conditions.

Be warned - if you re-set your machine to factory settings YOU WILL LOSE ALL
YOUR DATA (such as emails, documents etc etc). Make sure you do a FULL
backup of all your data (don't forget your Favorites) before you even try to
start this process.
