HELP: My sidebars disappeared on my screen..

....because of this I can't view some sites that have click
on material to the extreme left.
Thank you in advance.
 
Try resetting resolution size
XP Start Menu(NOT 'flat' Classic mode)Home Edition

Control Panel ->
Option = Display
Tab = Settings
Make changes as desired to 'Screen resolution'
Button = Apply
Ok(s)
