Every time I open outlook express MSN connect....Can I disable this feature?

Yes you can. Simply close Outlook Express, then download and run the following .reg file:

Ok but now I do not see the icon in the task bar when I want to minimize
MSN.
Now when I connect to internet MSN connect automatically and I do not see
nothing.
