I have msn messenger version 4.7.2009, as during the installation i checked
the box "auto login", it now logins automatically everytime i open it, and
every time i open outlook express. As my computer is used also by my family,
i'd like to disable this options. I've looked into preferences but i can't
find anything about it, can anyone help me in doing this?

Angelo,

Go to Start, Run, type in msconfig. then check selective
startup. then click startup at the top. uncheck msn
messenger and then restart your computer. hope this

Greetings Angelo,

You can stop Windows Messenger from automatically signing in by clicking the Start Button,
then click the Control Panel. Then, click User Accounts in the Control Panel. Select your
account name, and then on the left side of the screen, under Related Tasks, click 'Manage my
Network Passwords'. In the window that opens, click the Passport.Net\* (Passport) entry and
click 'Remove'.
