6001 The specified file could not be decrypted
this message appear when i try to decrypt folder on auser
pc and no one encrypt it but it's encrypted
can you help me how to decrypt this folder or file

Someone must have encrypted it. Use efsinfo to see who did and who the
recovery agent is. You may be able to use the recovey agent to decrypt the
files. Logon as "the" administrator and try. See links below for more
