Help me... what can I do?

Since I downloaded the Microsoft Anti Spyware, everytime
I restart or turn on the computer, the folder C also
opens up, as if it were a start up options. I already
unistalled de anti spy, and also I checked, the start up
folder, settings and other control panel options, but I
don't know that much about computers, and I don't know
where else to check. What can I do, so the Folder C
doesn't open up when I turn on my computer?

Please check your system with this freeware Sysinternals application -
Autoruns. It shows all startup apps:
