Help Me Somebody Please!!!!!

Hi, I am new to this group and I am desperately in need of some help. I came
home a while ago and my 11 years old son had just gone on-line and to my
horror, my Google Homepage had changed to a search page showing Porn
categories! I immediately tried to remove it but no matter what I do, I
cannot get rid of it! When I go to my Internet Options and change back to
Google, the same Porn stuff comes up! I have run Hijack This, and Ad-ware
and SpyBot but nothing helps! I did an AVG this morning and sure enough, a
virus was detected (dialler 0.9 or something) and I quarantined it but
nothing is making any difference. I have had a problem for the past few
weeks each time I start up. I get a warning that I have a malignant process
(real player search exe) and when I click yes to remove it, nothing happens!
I don't want to spend any more money on these so called PC Cleaners and
Spyware stuff because none of it is helping me right now. Can anyone please
help me.....urgently!

I tried everything there but it made no difference! I'm in a real pickle
here and don't know what to do?
