help me plz my keyboard doesnt work

hi im in serious truble my pc cannot find the hardware device [code 41]
and i cant rolled back because i got password in admin account.
actually im using on screen board ;[
i tried with another keyboard and is the same problem.

When you boot the pc, keep pressing the F8 key to get to a menu where you
select Use Last Good Hardware Configuration. If you get the Windows startup
screen you aren't hitting F8 soon enough.

and in HiD Keyboard device i found this: c:\windows\sistem 32\drivers\iks
-sys
plus the others keyboard devices.
and that " iks is a keylogger ghost that my pc guard have deleted.
can anyone help me on this plz?

Device status: windows succefully loaded the device driver for this ardware
but cannot find the ardware device. [code 41]
the keyboard is fine, the keyboard ligth is on ,
the thing is its bloked or something .

if you are using a ps/2 keyboard...the port itself may be bad
try using a USB keyboard
