Try a different keyboard. If the one you are using is usb and you have a
ps/2 connector, use a ps/2 keyboard - and vice versa.

Since you haven't told us anything about your computer that's as
specific as I can get. If you need more help, then refer to this site
to see what details you need to include in your next newsgroup post:

http://www.dts-l.org/goodpost.htm

Make sure you include the results of trying a different keyboard.

Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration
information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)

Click Troubleshoot to start the troubleshooter for this device.

You're still not giving enough information. Please go to the "good post"
link I gave you. This is for *your* benefit, not mine. If you don't
provide enough information, you won't get focused troubleshooting and
most people aren't interested in spending many posts teasing the
required details out of you.

Is your keyboard ps/2 or usb? Was the keyboard you tried ps/2 or usb?
What changed between the time things worked and the time they didn't?
Is the computer old? Is this a laptop?
