when i type on my laptop this is how it comes out!! when i t5y6pe on my6
lapt5op t5his is how it5 looks
did i accidenatlly hit some function key?
i also cannot type capital letters
why are letters and numbers appearing with one keystroke?

it looks like when you press either the
letter t and the letter y
the keys right above get pressed too.

it doesn't appear to be a problem with the o.s.
but could be a keyboard problem and or problem with
your typing.....

no it isnt my typing..
keyboard isnt stuck
happens with......t5 and y6 only6 it5 seems.,,,

An earlier poster had the same problem. They called support and the
user was instructed to remove the battery, remove then insert the plug
from the kb to the mb. After that it worked.

This morning in dim light I noticed that a small LED was glowing on the
keyboard under the F10 key. With some experimenting I found that
pressing Fn and F10 turned the LED off -- now the keyboard is working fine.

It seems to have been disabled by having earlier pressed Fn + F10 while
trying the Toshiba utilities.

If anyone else has a locked up keyboard, you might try to experiment
with these weird functions that seems to control the keyboard.
