HELP ME PLEASE CRASHING

Can someone please help me!!! My computer keeps crashing
and coming up with the "internet explorer has encountered
a problem" and then crashes. Ive downloaded all the
updates for windows, i have virus scanned heaps and also
have a firewall. What can i do to fix this??? Thanks for
any help given.

Do you have SpyBot Search & Destroy and Ad-aware 6? If not get a friend to download a copy of each and all of their updates for you. You may be experiencing a DSO Exploit. By using both products you can remove it or any other malicious software.

Sounds like your internet explorer has gotten corrupted
download the latest version and install
