HELP ME CPU STILL AT 100%

I downloaded ad-aware se personal and found some things
but my cpu still runs at 94% to 100%. And when i play game to my video card is
up to day ,im not a hardcord gamer i just play some times online Guild
Wars,Unreal
Touranament 2003 and World of Warcraft that all the game i play and it the
same if
i don't play online.Or if there no applications running and when i open
windows task manager and go in to processes "System Idle Process" it's at 99
BUT MEN USAGE
tells me 16k.And explorer (Image Name) taks 21,640k or more and theres 40
processes running and svchost.exe (Image Name) taks 20,980k,iexplore.exe taks
25,750k or more and some times is at 7,236k.
Do i need a new computer or can i fix this problem, my computer never did
this befor.Please help me i don't no what to do.

Oen Task Manager,
- click on the CPU column heading twice and you should see which taks are
using most of the CPU,
- let us know here,

Try this just after you have restarted your PC, before you start any apps,
Also, when you notice the high COPU usage, what were youdoing just before?
