help me before i smash my pc

ok so i posted this earlier but no one is helping and no
one is gonna go back to help me. i cant download
shockwave. it ried but it keeps saying that one or more
browsers are open. they arent!!! i tried downloading
from dif sites, resarting my comp, and everything else
but it dosent workl and i NEED shockwave. someone plz
help. im desperate.
