Help me about my second DC

Hi

I have 2 DCs. The first DC is the first DC in my forest.
It had some problems and I restored its backup and it is
working properly now.
But when I add second DC to it the second DC doesn't
working properly. Second DC's SYSVOL stops sharing and
SYSVOL doesn't replicate from first DC.
