demoting DC

Hello Everybody,

I got an issue with DC. I have 3 DCs for redundancy. One DC is not booting
due to some hardware failure. Other DCs try to replicate to that DC but it
gives error in event viewer. I want to remove the faulty DC from the forest
so that remaining 2 DC will talk to each other rather than looking for the
3rd one for replication.

Please let me know how to remove/delete the faulty DC entry from my DC.

Thanks in Advance
