HELP: Locked out of My Documents

M

Mark

I am hoping someone can assist me. I am running Windows XP Home edition
and recently re-did my hard drive. I had backed up some files using
Veritas Easy Backup. After reinstalling Windows I attempted to restore
my backed-up MY Documents folder. After restoring it I went to access
the files and it is giving me Access Denied. I am assuming it is
becuase the User ID #'s do not match even though I am using the same
username. How can I get around this and allow access again to the
folder. I have some digital pictures and other files I would hate to
loose. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
