I searched a bit and couldn't find the answer I was looking for...hopefully
someone can help.
I recently did a re-install of XP Home due to a couple issues with my
computer and everything seemed to go smoothly. I chose the option which
would preserve all of my previous files. After all was done, I opened
windows explore to locate the files, everything seems fine, but when I go my
backup>documents and settings>owner I get an error message saying that the
folder is "not available. Access is denied."
This is the folder that has all of the "my documents" info--all my word
files and music. Any help on accessing?
And the second part of the question, I created a restore point before I did
the reinstall. If I access it can I system restore to undo the XP reinstall?
someone can help.
