Help links not working?

Recently installed XP Pro and some of the Help links are
not working. For instance, if I click on <Display> in
the bullet "Open <Display> in Control Panel", nothing
happens... Has anyone else noticed this? Any ideas?

Greg, the stuff about the bullet is confusing...not sure what you are
referring to.
Does the same thing also happen when you use the Control Panel directly off
the Start window?
