Help in Vista

When i hit ANY help link in vista, all i get is

Internet explorer cannot download/ from help.
Internet explorer was not able to open this Internet site. The requested
site is either unavialable or cannot be found. Please try again later.

It has been like this since vista business went in, restarts are of no help
and i have done all my upgrades

It is frustrating the hell out of me

Thank you so much Tim, i ran the regedit thing from Adobe and it did the
trick nicely.

Sorry for duplicating. I did a search and found nothing on this.

Apologies for the repitition, and thank you so much. This has been my
biggest whinge since i put Vista in, and i have been frustrated immensely as
i really need access to that help since some things are so different than
what i am used to.
