(help) In Publishing a Front Page design to an HTML only site

Can you take a design done in Front Page 2003 and Post the html on a server
that only accepts HTML. ..and how ..and do you need a converter of some
kind?

FP is used to create HTML pages, and to send them to the
server. If you already have access to the server, then do
File > Publish Web to get the pages to the server. No
converter needed.
