Cannot edit using Front Page 2003.

I created a website (www.drthomaswind.com) using Microsoft Office Live
Essentials Beta web tools. When I could not edit the HTML it was suggested
by an Office Live Technical Support Member to convert to Front Page, which I
did and I was able to edit the site. Later, Office Live discontinued the
Beta and moved the site to the new release of Office Live. This is when the
problem started. I was no longer able to edit the site using Front Page
2003. When I called Support, they could not help me because they were not
familiar with Front Page and was told to contact someone with Front Page
knowledge. At that time, I copied all of the web files to my hard drive.
Then I moved the web hosting to godaddy.com. I tried to edit the site again,
but to no avail. I contacted godaddy.com support and was told that the
problem is with the Front Page. When I open the site in Front Page 2003, all
of the files appear on the left. When I open the default page in the design
mode only the header and the page buttons appear. The message given is
“WebPart Pages: SPWeb Part Manager – This server does not support web parts.
Any help would greatly be appreciated as I don’t want to start all over
again creating the site.

It appears SharePoint is required, yet GoDaddy doesn't support it.
