Help in Creating Shortcut to Close IE Page

I have made scheduler to open specific web page on certain time using
MS Scheduler (just like making shortcut). That page is my own web page
on local web server and will process something to me; I do this because
I have difficulty in making scheduler program. I want after the page
opened it will be close in certain time. I have and idea about adding
the task to close the page using MS scheduler, but I don't know how
to make it work. Or maybe someone could gift me a different method.
