Help Importing Road Runner address book into Windows Mail (Vista)

My mail is there but I cannot figure out where my contacts from Road Runner
are? I don't think they came with the mail. Can you help in simple
language? Thanks so much...

What do you mean by Roadrunner address book?
If you mean the Webmail, it looks like you can't export those contacts.
Or do you mean some other program?
