help IE8 uninstall issues my friend installed it on both computer

help please my friend took the liberty of installing this on both computers.
now after i removed it i get event log error up the rear. how do i get ride
off these event log here is what they are. they come in groups their is one
more but it has not reappeared yet as i just cleared the log :(. help fix
please. this is why i don't use beta stuff and is why he got is head chewed
off.

Windows cannot query DllName registry entry for
{CF7639F3-ABA2-41DB-97F2-81E2C5DBFC5D} and it will not be loaded. This is

sorry for double post not sure how it happend i did try the clean utility but
IE8 is not listed there anymore i guess i might have to reinstall it and keep
it :(

also i did all that research when i uninstalled it and this problem arised if i need to re install PA Bear and keep it i will.
