Windows cannot query DllName registry entry for
{7B849a69-220F-451E-B3FE-2CB811AF94AE} and it will not be loaded. This is
most likely caused by a faulty registration.

WinXP SP2 or WinXP SP3?

Have you recently attempted to install or uninstall IE8?

That CLSID (7B849a69-220F-451E-B3FE-2CB811AF94AE) points to the Internet
Explorer User Accelerators subkey of
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows
NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\GPExtensions.

PA Bear,
SP3 and yes I installed IE8 and noticed I had some issues, poor performance,
freeze ups, then did a deinstall.

Thank you for the link, I just read it and I deleted the registry keys. What
I did notice after reading the article is that IE7 comes back after the
deinstall. I did not know that at the time and reloaded IE7 after I
deinstalled IE8, I hope that does not mess things up.

YW. Running the automated FixIt, er..., fix on that page (even though you'd
already uninstalled IE8) should have resolved the problem, too.

If you'd installed and then uninstalled IE8 properly, you shouldn't have
needed or been able to "reload" (reinstall) IE7.
