help! IE doesn't let me unblock add-ons.

My IE7 gives me a "add-ons blocked" pop-up and I can't make it not do
that.

When I go into "tools", the "manage add-ons" pick is greyed out.


How do I fix this ?

Try this:

Open Windows Explorer to C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer.
Right drag iexplore.exe to the desktop and select Create Shortcut.

Use that shortcut
