HELP I can't install service pack 1

I have To have Microsoft .NET Framework with SP1 and I cant install
services pack 1 because of one file SMSS.EXE what do I do

It is possible that your PC has been infected by virus
Pls read this link:
http://www.neuber.com/taskmanager/process/smss.exe.html

If you are using broadband modem, pls go to symantec.com to have an on-line
virus and security check. You can also download the removal tools to clear
the virus.

Note: you may already installed some antivirus software, try get the latest
updated virus definition and run it. If it does not work, go for an on-line
virus scan.
