How do you download Linux Mint Cinnamon 64 bit 18.1 and then burn it onto a CD, help I'm a virgin

I have already downloaded the ISO to my machine but what I do next to burn the ISO to a DVD ???

in Win 10, click the ISO, burn to DVD.
