Is there anyway I can recover Email messages I deleted
then trashed...are they still on my computer somehwere? I
did not have a recovery file started?
If you deleted your message from your Inbox or any other folder, then you
should find them in your Delete Items folder. (this is true no matter which
e-mail program you use, Microsoft or not) If you deleted all the contents
from your deleted items, they are gone.
A good practive is to keep all your e-mail in all your folders. Only delete
junk mail and mail with large attachements. And of course back your mail
with your regular back ups.
