recover blocked emails

After installing AVG, 2 email messages were blocked and are blank when I open
them.
I have since reset the perameters for using firewall but these 2 messages
continue to be empty when I open them. but I need to recover these 2 emails.
The beginning of each message is visible in the auto-preview, so I know that
they are there...somehwere. Any thoughts? Please help me...
