Hi, I deleted then emptied trash of some important eMails
I want to recover, are they somewhere on my hard drive
still? I did not set up a recovery disk.

Norton System Works 2004 has something called an UnErase Wizard. It's kind
of like old undelete, expect you have to run Norton's recycle bin
protection. If you search google for ntfs unerase, you will be find many
hits. I honestely don't think you will be able to recover your deleted
files.
