Help, help please help!!!

All,
I have a lap top and I'm the primary admin on this lap top but I have
forgotten my password and I'm not able to access my particular user account.
Because of the restrictions set up I'm not able to run anything on the other
two account users on this lap top. I get directed with an error saying I must
be loggen in under the administration account, etc. etc.

What can I do??
