i think my friends grilfriend set up a remote ass on my pc and lap

some how on both my pc and laptop have like 5 administrators accounts . i
know some body is logging me on both comp. even if my lap top is off when i
turn it on i know aways see remote access and never uysed it and my pc and
laptop now have different names and on my lap top my password hase been
change on my administrators account. please tell what i can do i do not want
to share files or be on a remote comp when i try to go to properties for
remote conn it says file came from a different comp and is block my lap top
is a gateway with xp the pc is compac with xp and i have a netgear wgt 624
wireless rotter

A remote "ass", eh?
I think your friend needs a new girlfriend if she's willing to setup remote
"ass" on just anyone's PC.

Check your netgear configuration - make sure it is not forwarding any ports.
Check your Windows firewall and disallow everything.
Change all your passwords.
