help! got headers on emails but cannot read messages

please help i can see my headers but not read any messages. i can send but
then cant read what i ahve sent in the sent box, once agin just the headers.
same on outlook express and windows live mail.

In which email program? Outlook Express won't run under Vista, and the
newsgroup for discussing problems with Windows Live Mail is:

microsoft.public.windows.live.mail.desktop

If it's Windows Mail, you've found the right newsgroup, but I don't know
the answer. However, many problems under Windows Mail are caused
by interference from antivirus programs, so what if any antivirus programs
do you have, and have you ever had a Norton or McAfee antivirus program
on that machine, even a trial version?
