Message header different from message

As well as "recovered" problem I now find messages not visible in some
folders - header is still there but message is different, eg in one folder
all 6 messages have different headers but same message. Reluctant to shift
to Windows Live Mail to sort "recovered" problem until missing messages
reappear

Have just moved a message - it seems the problem only arises on messages
moved from in box to a folder
