Doenload headers only

How can I download headers of emails sent to me only. Sometime I get huge
useless content. I download an average of 200 emails per day, with unwanted
content. I just want to be able to browse the content to discerne wheteher to
download the whole message. Please help

You can do this in Outlook but I do not think that you can in Windows Mail

If you have a fast Internet connection, it doesn't really matter.
If you have a slow connection, or you pay a per KB fee, then your only
recourse is to review the message headers in webmail, delete the ones
you don't want, then download the rest in Windows Mail.
